Let our chef help you create iconic dishes and perfect Italian techniques. The Italian cooking masterclass has been a staple on the Cookery School calendar and is always popular with cooks who want to make new dishes at home.
We will make fresh bread, restaurant pasta and risotto dishes and a biscotti for dessert.
The menu we will cook at this class will be a selection of some of the following:
Focaccia bread
Fresh homemade pasta
Duck ragu
Learn how to make your own vegetable stock
Parmesan risotto
Chocolate and nut biscotti
This class lasts approximately 4 hours and you will have plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
We offer a range of day and evening cooking classes for all ages and abilities. Each class will teach you the skills they needed to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.
Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. At the end of most classes you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
Find out about the ingredients vital to creating the signature flavours of Italian breads, and practice kneading, proofing and shaping techniques. You will create a selection of baked goods to take away with you, including ciabatta, focaccia, and sweet and savoury pizzas.
In this class you will learn to prepare recipes from the vibrant South, the elegant North and of course the capital, Rome.
Our expert chefs will help you to create your own tailor-made pizza. Your pizzas are cooked in the wood-stone oven and we guarantee a memorable and fun evening. Eat indoors, or on the outdoor terrace. Unleash your tastebuds and laughter lines.
There will be a few cooking demos and you will have the opportunity to create your own dishes The meal commences with an Irish style foccaccia bread – enjoyed warm from the oven with a tasty antipasto platter to nibble
You’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough before our chefs teach you easy ways to cut, shape and roll your pasta for delicious dishes of your own.
