On tonight's menu is a show-stopping appetizer known as Briwat, Moroccan Tea, and Morocco's most well-known Tagine, made with Chicken, Preserved Lemon & Olives. Halloumi is a firm Mediterranean cheese that can be grilled or pan-fried. If you add tahini, toum (garlic sauce), and golden rice, the combination of flavours is pure magic.

We’ll start with Mini Holiday Cheese Balls with Balsamic Drizzle; Mediterranean Cucumber Boats; Baked Brie with Maple and Spiced Pecans; and finally, Bacon Wrapped Dates.
