Explore Moroccan Cuisine- Learn how to navigate Moroccan spices and culinary techniques during this fun hands-on cooking class. We will make some of my favourite North African dishes, including divine Moroccan tagines, salads, super fluffy couscous, and other regional specialties. Vegetarian options also included. Learn professional cooking tips, how to buy, store and use North African ingredients, and eat a delicious meal! Travel stories and food highlights will also be on the menu as you take an in-depth exploration of this sun-drenched culinary destination.

Moroccan Delights at HOB Fine Foods- Learn how to navigate Moroccan spices and culinary techniques during this demonstration cooking class. Relax and enjoy the process as Chef Heidi takes you step-by-step through some of her favourite recipes. On tonight's menu is a show-stopping appetizer known as Briwat, Moroccan Tea, and Morocco's most well-known Tagine, made with Chicken, Preserved Lemon & Olives. Travel stories and food highlights will also be on the menu as you take an exploration of this sun-drenched culinary destination. HOB Fine Foods will be providing appetizers and dessert. Take home recipes and ingredient guide will be provided.
