An introduction to regional Mexican cuisine, beyond the dishes commonly marketed in North America. Familiarize yourself with authentic ingredients and techniques that will bring Mexican sunshine to your plate.

You will find that this kitchen can also offer you refined and spicy dishes at will!

Tortilla sopa, coloradito mole, corn tortillas, quesadillas, grilled tomato salsa, jicama and orange salad, veracruzana pescado and chipotle braised pork ... to name a few!
