Welcome to the exciting world of Mexican Street Food! Our cookery school class is focused on teaching you the most authentic techniques and recipes used by street food vendors in Mexico.
Mexico is known for its bold flavours, spices, and fresh ingredients. Each region has its own unique take on street food, but what they all have in common is the use of traditional cooking techniques and freshest ingredients. You’ll have the chance to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor, sampling all the delicious street food dishes you have prepare, leaving the cook school with a new appreciation for the flavours of Mexico, and the confidence to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.
