Rick and Ben will nurture your natural passion and enjoyment of food, inspire and translate this into imaginative creations for you to cook at home. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn new skills or a confident cook, you will find our cookery courses will instruct and inspire and if you are looking to take your cookery skills to the next level we have a course for you.

Each course provides a hands on opportunity to ensure you are comfortable with the skills you are developing, in a practical and supportive learning environment.
