You will be creating your very own South Indian Tiffin from handmade Naan Bread, Aloo Tikki Chaat, a classic Indian side dish that tastes divine. Master the art of how to balance spice and flavor with a delicious Keralan Prawn Curry, which has a very distinctive cooking style reflecting its verdant, tropical climate, when you recreate the authentic taste of Kerala.

Learn how to spice up your kitchen! You will learn how to create various well known Indian dishes each week from Biriyani to Saag. You will learn about different spices and flavours and what to pair them with. The dishes can be tailored to suit vegetarians and most meats.
This event is were the ticket price is for two people and you and your guest work together to create a delicious Indian Menu. Gol Gappa to start, fresh breads, curries, chutneys, pilau and Pakoras with Pineapple and coconut for dessert. We eat in the dining room with wine, beer and soft drinks.
