Still working with technique, poise & strength – it incorporates much more body movement, creative exploration, fun choreography and of course awesome music.
A passionate dance and yoga studio focused on developing passion & artistry in each student that enters our doors.
In these one hour long classes we warm-up, work on some basic techniques and skills from that specific style (eg. Contemporary or Hip Hop), learn a short routine and end with stretching.
A free form of dance with a very technical background. It uses a lot of expression in dance and breathe in movement. We use the ISTD modern Syllabus and we offer modern dance exams.
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, and ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements, and can be performed to many different styles of music.
Contemporary Dance classes are offered by En Pointe Dance Boutique & Fitness Studio.
Our modern/contemporary classes focus on developing strong technical dancers, training in all relevant kick, turn and Jump techniques, as well as combos and choreography created by leading industry professionals from around the world that will perfect their technique and performance.
