The course topics include the history, the science and the process of espresso. Training is in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere using a commercial espresso machine and quality products.

You’ll learn to prepare hot and cold drinks, how to set up and clear areas for food and beverages as well as understand food service styles and different types of menus.
Do you want to learn the basics to begin working in the industry or to better understand your home machine? This workshop will teach you about the basics of coffee, how to express a shot, steam the milk and pour a beautiful coffee.
Learn the different parts of the espresso setup (grinder, machine, dump box, water filter). You will also make different types of drinks: Short Black, Long Black, Flatwhite, Hot Chocolate, Cappuccino, Mochaccino and Latte.
