Do you want to learn the basics to begin working in the industry or to better understand your home machine? This workshop will teach you about the basics of coffee, how to express a shot, steam the milk and pour a beautiful coffee.
Learn about menu designs, food and beverage service, food and wine pairing plus get to visit a brewery, a vineyard and a tourism attraction to see how the professionals do it.
Small class sizes with a maximum of 12 students per intake allowing students to have lots of hands-on experience. Students will finish the course with machine knowledge, sensory demonstrations and introduction into bean knowledge and basic coffee roasting.
You’ll learn to prepare hot and cold drinks, how to set up and clear areas for food and beverages as well as understand food service styles and different types of menus.
