Join Kelly McLauchlan Stone, nutritionist, and Food As Medicine educator at Second Nature Wellness, for a dive into Baby Led Weaning and nutritious meals for kiddos.

Learn how to introduce solids to babies, incorporate flavors and textures for a well-rounded palate and understand the nutritional needs of our young eaters. This class is ideal for caregivers with kiddos who are 0 to 5 years old.

 

What to expect:

  • Nutrition 101 lesson: Introduction to Macronutrients (Protein, Carbs & Fats)
  • Hands-on cooking class creating delicious snacks and meals for our growing kiddos

 

The class will include all instructions, tools, recipes, and ingredients. You’ll leave with a nutrition handout complete with class notes, recipes, and lifestyle tips to support your food introduction journey.
