At the Brooklyn Kitchen, you'll learn to cook like a grown-up, from a grown up; with years of real working kitchen experiences. We're all here to do our best to make things better.
Once the meal has been prepared, you and your guests will relax, unwind and enjoy amazing food, good conversation and an abundance of laughter.
Under the direction of Chef Jennifer, participants prepare and enjoy a three-course dinner using ingredients that are sourced from Pike Place Market. While cooking, the chef explains the history of the Market, showcases her favorite vendors, and provides the history of the cuisine.
An American Chef course is offered by The Chef Apprentice School of the Arts. Our experience is rooted in the belief that you should never have to go into soul-crushing debt and learn in crowded classrooms with no access to the industry you want to work in upon graduation.
As with all of our services, we come to you! Invite friends, neighbors, co-workers, plan a team-building event, date night...let's all get in the kitchen together (or not if you prefer to watch and just listen!)
