In this class, guests will taste through the Brooklyn Kitchen pantry, coming to understand and curate their own palates. Simple preparations come together to offer a wide array of flavor combinations.
All menus will vary based on seasonality, ingredient availability, or chef's fancy. At this class, a light snack will be served.
