Over the years I have worked in some of Italy’s finest kitchens, Michelin and Traditional, learning my trade and refining my skills. Italy became my home and with that I carry on recipe that have been in the Tazzioli family for generations. Now I would like to share this with you in my Hoylake kitchen.

Join Angela for day of classic seasonal Italian cooking and create a fabulous feast to take home and share with friends or family.
We will teach you the basics of making fresh pasta on this evening workshop. You will learn how to use a pasta machine and make delicious Italian sauces to go with your fresh pasta. Pasta making is rewarding, fun and always impressive to those who get to enjoy the results.
You will learn how to mix, shape and stretch the dough made with our own freshly-milled flour. We work with the finest ingredients and a wide range of toppings to make the baking part exciting!
