Pasta is not something hard to cook and many of us live on this as a weekly staple, this class however will give you the opportunity to recreate some of best selling pasta dishes from the restaurant as well as seasonal risotto. Having pasta and risotto in the cupboard does not mean that your meals need to be boring.
At this class you will learn how to make:
Seafood Risotto traditionally with a great stock
Duck Ragu with freshly made pasta
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, then sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home. This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.

We will teach you the basics of making fresh pasta on this evening workshop. You will learn how to use a pasta machine and make delicious Italian sauces to go with your fresh pasta. Pasta making is rewarding, fun and always impressive to those who get to enjoy the results.
You will learn how to mix, shape and stretch the dough made with our own freshly-milled flour. We work with the finest ingredients and a wide range of toppings to make the baking part exciting!
