On this full-day "hands-on" pasta and Italian Breadmaking course you will work alongside Steph to make the following: ?

  • Colorful beetroot striped garganelli, a traditional egg pasta from Emilia Romagna ?
  • Hand-formed cavatelli, an eggless semolina pasta from Pulia?
  • Delicious fresh pesto from Genoa?
  • Italian Grissini breadsticks from Piemonte?
  • Schiacciata con L'uva, a delicious sweet focaccia style bread from Tuscany filled with grapes and wine-soaked raisins
