Our popular Peruvian Cooking Class is the perfect way to introduce yourself, learn about, and enjoy the authentic, incredibly delicious and popular Peruvian cuisine!
Perhaps you’re already a Peruvian food lover or just want to know a little more about this gorgeous cuisine? Well, come and join us at our Peruvian Cooking Class where you will not only learn to cook great-tasting food but will also have a great time doing it!
On arrival you’ll start with a demonstration from the head chef, teaching you how to create some of Peru’s most delicious dishes. The demonstration will give you the confidence and knowledge to then go to your cooking islands and get hands-on in creating these delicious Peruvian flavours. With the help and guidance of the chefs, you will have the beautiful dishes whipped up in no time and while sipping on bottomless wine, you will get to sit down and enjoy your heavenly creations.

You’ll learn how to cook delicious plant-based dishes that are nutritionally balanced, using real ingredients such as pulses, grains and vegetables. We only use natural and additive-free ingredients as we don’t believe in using unnatural substitute ingredients.
Prett will talk you through the day's menu and give a general introduction to the spices being used. You will then start cooking under her expert tuition, learning everything you need to know to enable you to cook an authentic Indian meal.
A completely plant-based class, more of a way of life than a current fad! At Belfast Cookery School, you shall prepare and cook 2 amazing Vegan dishes. To begin, a Thai classic; ‘Khao Soi Soup’, a wonderfully aromatic, flavour packed broth.
Supper club host and private chef, Carmen, of ‘The Cooking Flea’, will be taking you through how to bake some delicious indulgent vegan desserts.
Delicacy Baingan Bharta (Smoked Aubergine) class is offered by Namaste Cookery School for all ages. The cookery class takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month and conducted by our Chef Dalsukh Jetani.
