This hands-on course is designed for those who are passionate about cooking and are eager to learn more about the diverse flavors of Singaporean cuisine.

You will start by learning the basics of dough making, shaping (flip & stretch the dough) and frying the Roti Prata to perfection, then move on to cooking the flavorful Fish Curry and Dhal Curry. Lastly, you will learn how to prepare Teh Tarik, the iconic frothy tea which is an essential part of the local culture.

By the end of this course, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of these traditional dishes and have the skills to replicate them in your own kitchen.
