To prepare Japanese sauces and soups, there are several important steps to be observed to achieve the quality. This course is aimed at preparing learners with knowledge and applications skills in preparing Japanese sauces and soups using traditional recipes . 

The course trains the learners to prepare: Dashi; Wasabi; Suimono; Dipping sauces for noodles; Dipping sauces for tempura; Curry sauces; Miso Shiru.
