In our interactive, hands-on classes, our chef will guide you through making a few dishes together, while demonstrating knife safety, special techniques, and nutrition tips!
Classes are fully customizable, based on your experience level and personal goals. We specialize in working with people with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, autoimmune paleo, and anti-inflammatory diets.

Eating local means your food is as fresh as possible, with fruits & vegetables containing at their peak antioxidant & nutrient levels. However, eating local is also good for the environment! Each time we eat local foods, we have reduced our carbon footprint by eliminating the often resource-heavy shipping that it takes to import produce from across the globe. Additionally, we are always striving to be as low-waste and plastic-free as possible by offering all our meal preps delivered in reusable glass containers.
This hands-on cooking camp highlights old-world preservation techniques like sourdough, fermentation, and making jam, butter and cheese, all from scratch. Ditch all the packaged products and learn how simple and satisfying it is to cook from scratch.
My classes, on the other hand, are 3 hours of fun, food and hands-on learning, in a very small setting (1-4 students). They range from the very basics, to the very advanced!
The ACE Professional Cooking Program includes 30 in-class sessions, field trips, and a complete school uniform (monogrammed chef’s coat, chef’s pants, skull cap & apron). A Grand Diploma is awarded to those who complete all three 10-week segments, and requirements and pass the final project.
Enjoy a taste of Oktoberfest for date night this month! Our chef instructor will teach you to assemble a flavorful salad, fry a classic pork schnitzel and make spaetzle, a German egg noodle dumpling, sautéed in brown butter.
