  • This hands-on class will make classic French Onion Soup, a bistro style salad with a special dressing, steak with a pan sauce and Pommes Frites or oven-roasted rosemary potatoes, plus a special French dessert.

  • Great cooking isn't about recipes- it's about techniques. In our classes, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • Hands-on classes led by an experienced Chef

  • Interact with the Chef for a rich learning experience
  • Held in our state-of-the-art catering facility
  • Intimate classes, limited to 10 participants

Serving 5 to 10 courses would be our approach to pique your curiosity and satisfy your appetite. Each dish is a different experience, a whole new flavour, texture and feel.
