Seasoned will do all the shopping and sourcing of ingredients. We will prep ingredients and cook together and then you and your group can enjoy the fruits of your labors.
Kristin Koziara believes in eating simply well. Her path towards a culinary career began while caring for her ailing grandmother. She was affected by the impact food can have on a person's health and spirit. This profound impression sparked her interest in culinary school in San Francisco.
After school, she worked at restaurants in San Francisco and Brooklyn for more than a decade. Kristin now lives in Portland, where she owns and operates the personal chef service Seasoned, which offers clients restaurant-quality food in the comfort of their homes.
Kristin draws inspiration from weekly trips to the farmers market, where she keeps a lookout for produce at its peak. Her respect for ingredients and their origins translates directly into the cuisine, allowing it to shine. Her food is delicately simple, responsible and healthful.
