Satay (or saté if you prefer) is a super fun party food. If you've got picky eaters, then Gado Gado is a salad that everyone can enjoy! You can make it with any proteins you like, (chicken, pork, steak, eggs, tofu, tempeh) and all the veggies you can handle. Like noodles? Add them! Don't want carbs? Use zoodles, or skip them altogether.

The best part is that you can stash the sauce ingredients in your cupboard until you need them. If you have the right tools, you can whip up a delicious healthy salad in about 30 minutes, on your first try!
