Shemoves Dance Fitness Studios are a women's only dance fitness suite of studios across WA and NT. We specialise in pole, lyra, silks and a variety of other distinctly feminine dance styles. Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.
This class focuses on the conditioning of the body. This class will help dancers gain flexibility, agility and strength. This class is intense but well worth the pain!
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
Stretch lessons are offered by Free It Up Dance and Entertainment. A 30min stretch session to help improve general flexibility.
Barre (pronounced ‘bar’) combines simple ballet exercises, core strength work and dance specific stretching.
Tech class is designed to help students achieve goals , working on Turns , Kicks , Leaps , as well as stretching and strengthing, our teachers give you guidance to help you be the very best you can.
