At her classes, Lori will provide answers to all your queries, give you time saving hints about cooking and alternate uses for leftovers.
A class will normally involve dishes suggested by Lori or chosen by you and then made from scratch. The classes are hands on or "look & listen" with demonstrations following step by step!
Our classes are unlike any other. The atmosphere is light and jovial. Class sizes are kept small to ensure everyone gets individual attention with all questions being answered and help being offered when needed.
