Fresh, vibrant and full of flavour – these are the characteristics of classic Spanish food. In this class we will create an array of tapas – the delightful finger food served in bars across Spain. We will also make a beautiful Paella and wash it all down with a glass of sangria.

Simply Italian offers hands-on Spanish cooking classes allowing students of all skill levels to participate in creating classic Italian dishes. All ingredients and recipes are supplied, all you need to do is show up to class, and get cooking.
In this class we learn to make delectable little tapas style dishes from Andaluscia in the south of Spain.
Try a night out with a difference! Tapas are small shared dishes of (usually) Spanish appetisers, traditionally served in taverns. In this class you will learn to make a range of delicious hot and cold tapas, and learn recipes for two types of sangria.
