Course Details

Rice is the cereal grain that is a staple food to a very large part of the world’s population. For Spanish Chef Carlos, rice means Paella. In his class, Chef Carlos will share all about the popular grain and his secrets behind creating the perfect pans of paella.

Recipes include Black Rice, Cuttlefish, Squid Ink & Scallops Paella and Spanish Carabinero Rice, Saffron aioli, Sugar Snap Peas and Piquillo Peppers.

In line with the latest government regulations, we have been informed that all school participants will need to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after receiving second dose) or present a valid negative PET result for duration of class.
