Patates Bravas, Garlic Aioli
Mini Caramel Flan
We started Schola as a place where people could come together, put on an apron and learn about where food comes from and how to cook it. All of our classes are designed to intrigue the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran in the kitchen. The classes are a hands-on experience and usually last between two and three hours.
Schola is BYOB and we encourage our students to bring a bottle of something to enjoy while they cook and eat together. We’ll always have plenty of stemware on hand!
In this class, you will learn how to prepare and plate sophisticated and fun tapas, getting a full profile of the different proteins and vegetables that make tapas so unique.
Keep your leftovers in the fridge and join the Hot Stove Team for a fabulous Paella Party! We will teach you the ins and outs of the classic Spanish dish!Â

Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.
Come learn how to make traditional Spanish foods such as paella, mayan chicken, Peruvian shrimp, different tapas ideas, as well as Spanish flan.
