You will learn how to prepare your cake for decorating and how to create a smooth exterior. You will learn the basics of how to create a beautifully decorated cake using various piping tips.
That's it, we're officially launching cake decorating workshops! The workshops are taught by Chloé Migneault-Lecavalier, chef co-owner of Lecavalier Petrone.
This course is designed to build upon existing knowledge and skills used to create a variety of pastries and desserts.
