In this class, you will learn how to cook smoked BBQ ribs, shellfish skewers and whole birds and apply different recipes of rubs and pastes.
In this class, you will discover the magic and versatility of what you can achieve when cooking on the barbecue. You will master how to keep the meat moist, tender and delectable, through the process.
