What Sets Stratford Chefs School Apart
Students spend three weeks in our state of the art food lab, focusing on learning basic cooking skills and good culinary habits without production pressure.
At Gastro, we believe that everyone can cook with the confidence of a chef, even if you consider yourself the most novice of cooks.
This program is the combination of Cook Basic Level 1 (Culinary Arts Level 1) and Cook Advanced Level 2 (Culinary Arts Level 2) programs.
Under the expert guidance of skilled instructors, you'll explore diverse cuisines, master essential techniques, and create delectable dishes from scratch.
Designed for the hardcore gastronomer, we offer an intensive 8-week gastronomy program based on a condensed version of the Cordon Bleu Master Diplome culinary program in Paris.
