Our classes incorporate practical and effective martial arts from around the world. You can expect to learn techniques from Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, Wrestling, Goju Ryu, Aikido, Judo, Muay Thai Boxing, Kung Fu, Kapap, Systema, Arnis and more.
The majority of the class focuses on strengthening the feet and ankles to make sure students are strong and ready to advance to pointe.
In our Progressive technique classes we use a syllabus specially developed for us at Stage One.
This class aims to help reduce muscle stiffness, release pain, improve flexibility and relieve stress. It is a low intensity class perfect for all levels of fitness
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
This class is dedicated to learning, improving, and perfecting technique in jumps, leaps, turns.. Stretch and strengthening is also combined to improve dancers power and range of motion.
