This class is designed for any student from beginner to advanced, as exercises are modified to suit fitness levels and abilities. This class is sure to get your heart rate up and your muscles working! Ensure you bring a water bottle, mat, towel and positive attitude.

Somatics is about functional movement. This practice will allow you to move with freedom and ease in all of your hobbies and activities.
Mature Movers is a low impact class designed to cater to the mature aged members of our community so you can have fun moving and grooving in a very social environment. Dance is food for the body, mind, and spirit.
