Competitions
We are proud to offer solo competition coaching and specialised troupe classes.
These classes develop dancers strength and fitness through cardio routines, team building strength exercises, bodyweight and banded exercises.
Strength & Stretch is a fitness class where you will build strength specifically to help you on your aerial apparatus through conditioning exercises but it will also be useful for general dance, fitness and pole members.
TJS offers a technique class where we focus on strength, stretch, conditioning, working to improve these elements vital to being a dancer.
In our flexibility classes you will be shown how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes, these classes concentrate on flexibility exercises specific to pole & aerial dance.
This is a pure fitness class where you will mix High-Intensity cardio, bodyweight exercises, and floor work to switch on those important core muscles.
