Open Stretch and Tech classes are offered by Sheridan's Studio 1. As passionate creatives, our staff work as a team to inspire and educate our students with pertinent teaching methods and discipline that will take them far beyond their dancing years.
The Dance Conditioning classes are designed to implement evolving techniques useful for the development of key dance components including strength, alignment, control, coordination, endurance and flexibility.
This class is for children wishing to improve their flexibility and strengthen their core. The class focuses on specialized age appropriate exercises to help children build strength and gain flexibility in a safe manner.
