We do break the class occasionally with strengthening exercises to compliment the muscles being stretched. You are never too old to stretch!
The Academy offering tap, modern and hip hop classes for ages 3 and above. Its ongoing commitment in providing high quality service and dedication to its pupils and parents has caused the studio to grow at an alarming rate resulting in the Academy operating on a full-time basis.
