With classes in Latin+Ballroom, Jazz+Contemporary, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Zumba/Fitness and Kids Classes, there's something for everyone!
Body Conditioning Lessons are offered by Byron Bure Academy of Theatre Arts.
These classes are focused on building strength in the muscles and increasing flexibility in all areas of the body, including legs, hips, back and shoulders.
Handstand classes are designed to show you how to perform a handstand, “step-by-step”. Students will develop progressive body control and strength through basic alignment exercises, body tension, and flexible shoulder exercises.
Dancefit is a group exercise class that includes many different dance styles. The entire class is done to all your favourite songs and you are encouraged to sing along as you dance and increase your fitness level.
Barre Fitness Lessons are offered by DanceCraft Studio for all ages and abilities.
