This syllabus provides our students with - “Power Jumps”, Turn like a Pro”, and “Conditioning for the Elite Dancer”.
You/your child will learn how to practice safe dance in caring environment where every student receives individual attention to provide the tools and knowledge to go home and practice every step correctly.
They will learn how to land jumps safely and lightly. They will become stronger to take on those big movements. You are never too young or old to benefit from our “Stretch & Tech” program.

Isolation getting you a bit tense? Relax and unwind with Sydney Pole! This is a gentle stretch class aimed at keeping your body relaxed and your mind quiet all while getting a great gentle stretch.
Strengthening, stretching and dance technique will be the focus of these classes. Dance education and research is proving specialist equipment and exercise can be used to enhance dancers technique.
Stretching is 100% necessary for the growth and improvement of a dancer. Flexibility is something that all dancers strive for. Dancers need to be flexible to accomplish challenging technique and choreography to reduce the risk of injury.
