The second bite is a favorite around here! We will create our Sweet Heat Flatbread which features chimichurri sauce, charred corn, candied jalapeño, red onion, crispy brown sugar pancetta, cherry tomatoes, shredded mozzarella & queso fresco, fresh cilantro, and a chipotle crema drizzle.
The final bite is stunning Muffuletta Bruschetta. This Italian bite has sweet brined red pepper and olive tapenade, spicy capicola, salami, mortadella, and provolone.

During this class, Chef Jennifer will guide participants through a main course and dessert recipe in a step-by-step fashion. Participants will learn cooking techniques as well as detailed information about the ingredients and the culture behind the cuisine.
