Course Details

In this class our chef will let you in on everything you'll need to make your own sushi at home. We'll cover the fundamentals: shopping for ingredients, how to prepare the rice and dipping sauces, equipment and techniques needed.

Then move on to how to make a few basic and detailed rolls. We will then finish with a dinner of chicken teriyaki and vegetable tempura to help you become familiar with other traditional Japanese ingredients and techniques.
