If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, you’ve come to the right place! Gochiso Kitchen offers the very best in hands-on sushi making classes for both private groups and for team building.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Making sushi is about so much more than just actually just making your roll. In our class, you learn how to

  • cook sushi rice to perfection (the first and most important step in making successful sushi)
  • choose your ingredients
  • prepare the ingredients,
including how to straighten shrimp, cook egg sushi (known as tamago), slice vegetables, and prepare sashimi, along with a range of other skills
  • make a range of different sushi styles, including hand roll (Temaki), thick roll (Futo Maki).

Once you’ve learned how to make all of these types of sushi comes the best part: eating what you’ve made! You can then take your newly acquired skills home and make delicious, fresh sushi whenever you like!
