This is a comprehensive class learning all about sushi and sashimi with a max of 8 people. Reiko starts explaining where and what to obtain authentic ingredients before going through the essential glossary list.
Then you will be shown how to achieve the perfect sushi rice which is the most important element of sushi. Once sushi rice is made, create a series of rolls, compressed sushi, nigiri, and sashimi using top-quality ingredients including tuna, salmon, yellow tail or sea bream, and freshly grated Wasabi from The Wasabi Company.
