You will learn to prepare and season sushi rice to a proper sticky consistency and discuss the tools required to be successful, which includes a razor-sharp knife! Class begins with miso soup and learning about the combination of ingredients that make a deeply flavorful broth.
Crafting your own sushi at home is easier than you ever thought possible! When you are armed with knowledge about fish selection, breakdown, and preparation you’ll have the tools you need to master the art of sushi. Our Chefs will guide you through purchasing and how to fabricate a whole fish.
In this class, you will have the chance to observe how to hand craft Ramen and then will break into groups of 3-4 to make your own. The noodles will then be added to a delicious Mongolian Beef recipe, complete with Naan Bread made in a cast iron skillet for maximum flavor and texture.
Attend this class and learn how to make Sushi rolls. We will prepare vegetables, cook and season sushi rice, roll and eat tuna and salmon rolls. You can also make some Nigiri.
