You will be making a variety of different forms of sushi, from nigiri, inarizushi and maki rolls. Like all Loaf courses it’s very hands-on and throughout the evening we’ll be tasting the fruits of our labour.
The course takes place on a weekday evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm at Loaf in Stirchley, South Birmingham. You’ll feel right at home at Loaf, and everything you learn will set you up for recreating at home with confidence!
All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided. You will also receive a handout to take home.
Please note, this course is Pescatarian and not suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans. The ingredients are gluten free. Soy sauce is optional. Please email us if you need to know more about the allergens in this course.

Our cookery courses in the East Midlands include a short demonstration followed by "hands-on" cooking with tutoring to your own specific requirements. Recipes and ingredients are all provided.
At the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School you will be shown the simple techniques of preparing fish and vegetables for sushi and will have a go at making it yourself. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will have a go at other Japanese recipes, which you can take home with you.
