Join Loaf and expert cookery tutor Lap-fai Lee for this exploration of sushi making. You will be making a variety of different forms of sushi, from nigiri, inarizushi and maki rolls. Like all Loaf courses it’s very hands-on and throughout the evening we’ll be tasting the fruits of our labour.

You will be making a variety of different forms of sushi, from nigiri, inarizushi and maki rolls. Like all Loaf courses it’s very hands-on and throughout the evening we’ll be tasting the fruits of our labour.
The course takes place on a weekday evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm at Loaf in Stirchley, South Birmingham. You’ll feel right at home at Loaf, and everything you learn will set you up for recreating at home with confidence!
All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided. You will also receive a handout to take home.
Please note, this course is Pescatarian and not suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans. The ingredients are gluten free. Soy sauce is optional. Please email us if you need to know more about the allergens in this course.
