Sushi making class in Warwick for beginners at the home of Anne Marie of Get Cooking!
We will use a selection of vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, pepper, and avocado with an optional extra of egg, smoked salmon, or prawn. No raw fish will be used in this session.
Sushi is naturally gluten-free and up to you which fillings to choose from so suitable for vegans too.

Our cookery courses in the East Midlands include a short demonstration followed by "hands-on" cooking with tutoring to your own specific requirements. Recipes and ingredients are all provided.
Sushi class - four different types of sush (hoso maki, nigiri, inside out maki and chirashi zushi) and miso soup
Dinner Party Class - your choice of 4 dishes and plain Japanese style rice (please open Menu page for your choices)
Firstly, our chef will show everyone the techniques of preparing and cooking your own Sumeshi sushi rice. Then the class will be shown how to prepare a range of different sushi, beginning by making your very own cured Salmon and Cucumber Nori Maki roll, accompanied with Japanese Miso Noodle Soup.
