The raw fish used in the class is a professional quality sourced from Japanese fishmongers and reputable local fishmongers with sustainable fish. You will learn where to buy the fish online and offline and how to store them.
The instructor will fillet the whole seabream for the class, and you will learn how to slice your own for your first nigiri sushi.
