In this Japanese cuisine class, you will learn all the important steps that are required to prepare sushi; including: preparing sushi rice and more.

You will also learn how to make chicken Yakitori skewers a Japanese Robata tradition, and gyoza (Japanese dumplings). This is a great experience where everyone will have the chance to learn to create sushi rolls and more Japanese favorites.

Our cooking classes are partially hands-on cooking by you and partially demonstration by our Way Cool Chefs, all ending in a delicious meal for you to enjoy!
