Bertha is back! Come learn how to make Sopitos. Sopitos are a family favorite. They are tortillas stuffed with cheese and meat that has been simmered in a special sauce, only prepared for special family gatherings. Chef will show us how to make this delicious Mexican tradition.
In this hands-on kids cooking class we'll be making Mexican food! Students will work in groups of 4 to complete the recipes.
Mexican Taqueria cooking class is offered by Culinary Underground. We offer day, evening, and weekend classes to suit your schedule. Our classes are informative and fun – you’ll be amazed at what you can cook!
