This course is designed to introduce culinary skills, techniques, and terminology. Focus is placed on developing knife skills and preparing stocks, soups, vegetables, and poultry. Additionally, learners demonstrate Mise en Place and food safety procedures.
Cook Basic is an intensive 300-hour training program focused on the theory and practice of cooking. Our program was designed with the help of professional chefs to prepare you to work in the hospitality industry.

It is an intensive 600-hour training program that combines the culinary skills and techniques from Cook Basic Level 1 and the advanced culinary techniques and business management skills from Cook Advanced Level 2
