This is such a fun class at Dabble!! Paella is SO delicious, flavorful, different, and easy! Plus, it is the perfect dish to make for your next dinner party! In this class, we'll walk through some of Spain's finest recipes you'll be hands-on involved the whole way through!
Christmas Tamales workshop is offered by Chef Tech Cooking School. Our mission is to teach people how to cook – to show them how to select quality ingredients, use the proper equipment and master the best techniques.

In this class, we will show you how to make the classic Valencian paella. Our version starts with Bomba short grain rice, fragrant saffron threads and rich stock. It is chock full of fresh shellfish, authentic Spanish chorizo, chicken and veggies.
Barcelona Nights Olé! Join us at The Cookery for an evening in Barcelona, Spain where you will learn how to make these traditional rustic dishes. Next thing you know you will be running with the bulls!
