We started Schola as a place where people could come together, put on an apron and learn about where food comes from and how to cook it. All of our classes are designed to intrigue the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran in the kitchen. The classes are a hands-on experience and usually last between two and three hours.
Schola is BYOB and we encourage our students to bring a bottle of something to enjoy while they cook and eat together. We’ll always have plenty of stemware on hand!
Our Food Education program combats food insecurity at its source by supporting participants in the development of healthy eating behaviors they’ll acquire through improved food knowledge and cooking skills. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to reliable, high-quality nutrition.
Take your brunch skills to the next level. In this course, we demonstrate brunch classics, demystify Hollandaise sauce, teach you to flip the perfect omelet, and let you play with different ingredients. Top it all off with plenty of mimosas!
I'll be working with Superior Farms lamb for this special dinner. When asked about what I my favorite meal is my immediate response is when it comes to proteins, I Love Lamb. American produced lamb is uniquely fed and bred for it's meat rather than wool.
