ABDS opened its doors in 2009 and has been a successful dance studio on the Sunshine Coast for the past 10 years. ABDS is a family-friendly dance studio and strives to provide a happy, safe and compassionate dance studio for all our families.
ABDS offers a wide range of dance styles for both boys and girls from 2.5 years of age.
The Dance Conditioning classes are designed to implement evolving techniques useful for the development of key dance components including strength, alignment, control, coordination, endurance and flexibility.
These classes develop dancers strength and fitness through cardio routines, team building strength exercises, bodyweight and banded exercises.
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
Technique is the root of dance training and class is where dancers hone their foundation. Emma uses her knowledge of Ballet, Jazz and contemporary through stretch, toning, centre and corner work.
Students enrolled in any style may also participate in Stretch and Strengthening, a class completely dedicated to lengthening, stretching, strengthening and improving technique, using Pilates, Yoga and specifically designed exercises.
